After the call
The call is free. What follows is scoped.
A fit call ends one of three ways: it's not a fit and we let you know why, the work is clear enough to scope a build directly, or, most often when the scope is still ambiguous, we propose a Product Inception first. If what you have is already live and breaking, the first weeks look different: we read the code and protect what customers touch before anyone argues about a rebuild.
