Client Work: Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the custom code and deliverables specifically created for their project, as outlined in their service agreement. Third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks used in projects remain subject to their respective licenses.

Portfolio Rights: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, House of Giants reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials.

Payment Terms

For project-based work, payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• A deposit is required to begin work
• Milestone payments may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon project completion and prior to final delivery
• For ongoing retainer services, payment is due monthly in advance

We reserve the right to suspend work or revoke access to deliverables for overdue payments.

Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimates based on the scope of work defined at project start. Delays caused by client responsiveness, scope changes, or third-party dependencies may impact delivery dates. We will communicate any timeline adjustments promptly.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, House of Giants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) your use or inability to use our services; (b) any unauthorized access to our servers; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; (d) any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted through our services.

Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We deliver work to industry standards but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or results.

Indemnification
