What happened in the room.
Each builder gave the 60-second version of what they made. Dominic asked about the decisions a prototype can hide: users, data, permissions, failure cases, operations, and ownership.
Every discussion ended with concrete next questions for the builder and the room. It was friendly public product feedback, not a roast, security audit, legal advice, or confidential consulting.
What gets pressure tested.

- What the prototype assumes about users, data, permissions, AI failure, integrations, privacy, and security.
- Ownership
- What it will cost to operate, maintain, recover, and hand to the people responsible for it.
